I have several basic recipes that just say "add fragrance of your choice at trace," but do not say how much. Is there a rule of thumb for how much essential or fragrance oil one should add per pound of soap? Thanks!
For most I stick with .7 oz ppo. There are some exceptions, like clove, cinnamon and a few others. It's a lot of trial and error, but a lot comes down to personal preference.
