Embeds in hot process?

Is it possible to do embeds in hot process and have them stick properly? Maybe some solvent would help? Tried to do some searching around and haven't come up with much.

Also, if you were using non-gelled embeds in the middle of the hot process loaf, do you think it would gel them from the heat?
