Does anyone recognize this base?

I have been searching high and low for a base with these ingredients and have had no luck finding it. Does anyone recognize this base:

Purified Water, butyrospermum parkii fruit, stearic acid, emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, palmitic acid, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, tocopherol, anthemis nobilis, calendula officinalis Flower extract, citrus grandis, ascorbyl palmitate, baking soda, citric acid

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a body butter advertised as 25% shea butter. I have searched high and low trying to figure out it if is a pre-made base or if the etailer made it herself. Now that I have been searching and searching I just don't know. I LOVE the way it feels which is why I am trying to figure out if I can buy the base somewhere, or if I can make it from scratch.

It looks like a base with things added. I googled it and lots of companies use that same base. As far as where it came from I don't know.

wsp has some really nice lotiion/ butter bases, as does aquatech. Get a sample and see if its similalar or looks at ingredients?

I must be having an off day becaused I tried to google the ingrediants to find a base and the only site that came up was this etailer. I was really hoping at least one other etailer would show up in my search so then i would at least know that it was a base (or I guess that could mean that they were using the same recipe). I guess I am just stumped because all other products I have really liked I could google and find a place to buy the base, but this one really has me flustered.
