Discontinued FO

I have some FO from a place called Lather and Lotions.

I didn't use them for a while. When I did, it turned out I really liked one. I went to see if they still had it and they don't.

It's not an E.O., so I can't get it other places.

It was called "spa relax".

I might email the company in the future..

How common is it for a place to discontinue something. If they do, do they ever reissue it....possibly for special orders?

You might get them to special order it for you, but it usually requires buying at least 10 lbs, and that is if their fragrance house will produce it. If you have some keep at least an ounce in case you can find a place to have it duped

I have a fragrance I purchased on clearance over a year ago and didn't care for it oob but decided to make a batch this summer and really really liked it. The first show I put it out it sold out. That will teach me to at least try something to see if I like it then buy more while available. So now I try not to buy anything on clearance/discontinued.

This happens all the time. If not a FO being discontinued, then a supplier going out of business. And not just small, fly by night companies, either.

I'm in mourning for Merry Berry Christmas from Fragrant Expressions. I contacted Rustic Escentuals (who purchased them), but they don't have that formula. *sigh*
