Here I've been posting on the other forums and never even introduced myself! Ooopppss!

My name is....wait for it......Kay!
I'm very new to soapmaking. Just happened upon it while cruzing Pinterest. Thought what the heck...what harm can it do to try? Other than blowing myself up while mixing lye and water together! lol! BTW, my first experience with that was VERY anti-climatic! I was sooo scared!:roll: I've learned to treat it with respect, but I'm no longer scared. I'm an old pro now! I'm working on a recipe for my 4th batch!:yawn: I've already been posting on the other forums. One of the admin emailed me this morning and asked if I was having any problems. I said no, I'm doing just fine! You suppose he was wondering WHY I haven't posted in the Intro section yet?

Welcome to the forum! :wave:

He wasn't wondering why you hadn't posted in the Intro section. He just likes to say hello to new people and see how they're doing. I don't know if he does it with all new members but I do know he periodically sends PMs to greet new members. No underhanded motive with him - he's just being friendly. But it's okay. You have my permission to ignore him.
