Castor oil 150 grams
Coconut oil 450 grams
Crisco 337 grams
Palm oil (hydrogenated) 690 grams
Stearic Acid 225 grams
Soybean oul (hydrogensted) 337 grams
Salt 150 grams
Sugar 350 grams
Water 125 grams
Propilene glycol 450 grams
I used 719 water total - I didn't add the extra 125 g of water you have listed.
As far as I can see you are about 10g short on Lye but that could be because I had to guess at the type of Crisco you used.

I think the problem with your soap, if you added the extra water, was too much water and the alcohol which you just should not add.
The water (if you just used the 719g in the recipe is high but good (26% lye concentration) for HP soap but use less for CP soap.
You have 2189 g of oils (that weight does not include additives only oils and Stearic acid) which makes the stearic acid over 10% of the oils. This is way too much. Try 2% or 3% and see how you like that.

350 g of sugar is also a lot. Most people use 1-2 TBSP ppo. Your recipe is about 5 pounds so that would be about 60-120g sugar max for this recipe.
Salt you can use as much as you want.

I hope your rebatched soaps works well and your next one goes well.
