Dehumidifier recall for fire danger

There's a huge recall of dehumidifiers sold under various brands like GE, Soleus, etc. The mfr is doing a recall and refund as there's a danger of fire.

That's a whole lot of dehumidifiers!

And it covers a lot of years; production going back to 2011. Mine's a Soleus, but not on the list thank goodness.

Wow thanks for the information. I have been looking at getting a used one since my humidity is way too high to make bath bombs.
