Nope no minimum, they were on a short sale date. Going in the brine shortly then the smoker Saturday. Yummy. Into the freezer with the rest of the packages, after I shared 10 packages each, to both of the girls.

It really makes me happy, for more than one reason, to see them sell them off cheap so they can clear them out instead of throwing them in the trash. It probably recoups a good percent, if not all, of their money with the amount S&F would be purchasing :-D

I found a sale like that on rack of lamb once at my local Vons right after Easter - they must have over bought and it was like $3 a pound. My Greek neighbors and I cleared them out. I love it when that happens

Yuck I hate lamb with a passion. Fortunately so does my hubby and he is 50% Armenian :-D. Must be the Romanian half of him that hates the lamb
