I've seen them out of stock on the same fo's for, like, 2 months now.

After reading about tell tale signs of a business closing in the fo dept, I'm a tad worried about the fact they haven't restocked yet.

Is this common with Daystar (a one woman show must be time consuming and take longer than most I'd think), or does anyone know why they've been out of stock for so long on the same fo's?

Being a fairly new shopper of fo's I'd love to try many of their fo's, but several haven't been in stock for so long I'm kinda at a loss on it????

I have no information to contribute other than to say "noooooo" (if she is indeed closing up shop). There are some FOs that are fantastic from there.

When I was refunded for my missing items she said she was currently running a restock sale to get a couple back in house. I didn't get the impression she was closing up at all.

Someone posted (I am sorry I don't remember who it was) that her grandma died recently so things have been chaotic.

No worries- Stacy's not closing up shop. She just conducted a re-stocking sale, which I took advantage of to re-order a few of my faves- Salty Sailor, Paradise and Ahoy Matey.

Ooo, ok that's great! I just became concerned when I saw the same handful out of stock for a couple months. That's so sad about her gma:-( my heart goes out to her and her family.

She also sent out an email saying that she has been waiting on some of her oils. They finally said they had shipped them so she is definitely in business. I got a pound of Ahoy Matey. I LOVE it. Also tried a couple others that are new to me. Here's the email:

I would like to take a moment to thank each of you that participated in this sale. The order for oils was placed on January 27th. I spoke to my sales rep yesterday for an explanation for the delay in the order process. It is due to their manufacturer ... they recently stopped using one of their main manufacturers. This has created the delay in getting the oils processed and shipped to me.

Yes, it is very frustrating because I have never had this problem before. I was told this will be a "one-time thing" so it shouldn't happen again for any future orders. I was told that my oils were shipped yesterday so once these are in my hands I will work like a mad woman decanting and shipping out to all of you.

Once again I am very sorry for the delay, but it is completely out of my hands at this time. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!!

Sincerely,

Stacy Herrod

YOu could email her and ask her if she intends to restock those that have been out a while. I'm sure she'd tell you.
