Stuck in my head
Well, here is the cut pics. Umm, being gone from soaping for 2 years has really taken it's toll on my cutting skills!! LOL All these bars are crooked!
But I'm sad because I think it's the Tequila Lime that's doing it but it's browning on me. :(
Here is a pic of the bottom -

Here is a pic of the top - it ashed up pretty badly so I cut as much as I could off, but there is still a lot there -

And then this one is of them all stacked up...

They do smell really good though...

i think they are pretty. you never know, maybe the brownish color will look intentional after it cures...

Those are very cool. I have never tried beer soap but I hear so many great things about it!

Thanks rays - where in CO are you located?
I work in downtown Denver, but live up by Brighton...

I agree with the other posters ... the colours look fantastic!

Thanks!! I just hope the color isn't lost too much with the discoloration.
And in some of them you can see where the oxides just sort of clumped into one spot, but that's okay. It was pretty thick once I poured it... I think it traced so quickly because of the alcohol in the beer that I didn't cook out. LOL

Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments!!
The scent (I believe out of the 3 used it was the Tequila Lime was the culprit) has made them all turn brown. :(
You can still see the green swirls, but the yellow and lighter areas are all a dull brown.
No big deal as since I just got back into soaping after 2 years I still have a ton of testing and getting reaquainted with everything before I even consider giving any away, and they do smell absolutely divine!!! And my hub can't wait to use it. He keeps trying to sneak a bar off to the shower. LOL
Next time I use TL I'll put some VS in it to see if that helps it at all. :)

I get so mad when the scent turns a good bar brown . but unlike these and feel it will all even out and look great when final cured. Love that you made beer soaps.
