I don't think it is perforated paper. It is lining material for kitchen drawers. It is just called drawer liners and it is what I use. It keeps the soap from touching the metal drying wracks and lets air circulate around the soap while it is curing.

You can also use cross stick canvas. Its plastic sheeting with small holes in it, sturdier then draw liner.

That is probably what I am going to use when I get my new long term drying wrack this weekend.

I have been using cross stitch/needlepoint plastic for years. It works great and if it gets smeared with soap you can wash it. I've also used rug hook material...But switched to all cross stitch / needlepoint plastic.
