crumby soap

what would make soap crumbly. I added some mp hearts to white cp soap after tracing and this morning it's crumbly and flaky (flakey)
palm oil, palm kernel oil, olive oil, coconut oil

a complete recipe used would be most helpful.
I've recently dealt with crumbly soap but it was due to it's getting too hard before I tried to cut it. Oh, and crumbly salt soap which is a whole 'nuther story.....

I have never heard of salt soap. Anyone got a good recipe for that? I wanna try that!
