The soap gods were conspiring against me today:
1. Dropped/broke a glass jar full of honey and it went everywhere.
2. In the process of cleaning up the honey mess, I knocked my soaping crock pot off the counter and that broke (thankfully it was empty).
3. My 1st Lye-cano from warming the water to melt the honey. Now I know, the water must be pretty cold... I waited a little while but apparently not long enough.
4. Lye-cano shorted out my scale.
It is a little funny now, but I was ready to cry 6 hours ago. On the bright side, I get to order a new scale. I am not planning to replace the crock pot, rebatching and I don't mesh very well.
