I had to rebatch some soap right after it was made and added a bit of water, probably a bit too much. When I unmolded, it was the texture of modeling clay and remained that way for a while until it dried more. In that state, you could use it to hand-make the petals etc.. and put together a flower. I just don't know how it would hold up while the soap dries and shrinks as it ages. If you put it together properly ( although I don't know exactly how that would be), perhaps it would stay put. Certainly worth trying.
You could also make a batch of CP and make it so it is a softer soap by using certain oils or adding a bit more water. I would gel and then immediately after unmolding, do what you want while it is still pliable. Putting the flower together while the soap is like that means you may be able to press it together enough for it to bond. Definitely worth a go with a 1-2# batch.
