CP lemon sage soap

We have a friend that love lemon sage soap. Any suggestions on which sage to use? Also what amount of each?
We are fairly new to the soap making. So help is greatly appreciated.

I use clary sage essential oil. Actual sage is restricted in use, although I can't remember the safety precautions offhand.

I would think you should use more lemon than sage, maybe 3:1 ratio. Sage is has a very potent scent. I usually use .5 oz essential oil per pound of oil.
