Cosmetic FDA requirements

Hello All!! I know that the FDA does not regulate soap, but we would like to start talking more about the benefits of our soap on our website and stuff (moisturizing, exfoliating, etc)... which will apparently then puts us into the cosmetic category. I have read the FDA site over and over again trying to figure out how exactly the requirements for soap and cosmetics are different and I am incredibly confused. We have always listed our ingredients (which I know is not a requirement of soap but we like to do it)... As I understand in the cosmetic category you must list your soap's weight (like the soap category), ingredients, and any sort of warning. Is that it? Am I missing something? I want to make sure we do it right so we are penalized.
