Confusion about FO percentages

Hello everyone! I am confused about some of the fo calculators that I have used. I am making 5 ml perfume oils and I don't know how much fo to use. I use the 3 ml pipettes and some of the examples I have seen for the fo percentages is like 0.18 grams. How do I measure 0.18 ml? TIA!!

You should really only work in weight/grams when formulating any products as different ingredients can weigh different amounts due to their different densities and this can cause challenges when modifying formulas or upscaling. It is also difficult to accurately measure volumes when working with small amounts.
