Hi all,

I make cold process goat milk soap and sell it at the local trade days and in a local shop. I have been using some limited powder colorants I have to color my soap, and *gasp* yes wilton cake colors.

I have been weaning myself away from the wilton colors, and trying to stick with the powder colors. However, I am almost out and funds are tight.

I had some minor issues with the supplier that I purchased the powders from almost a year ago.

So my question is....who has the best soap colors for the best price, in the US please. Who do you recommend? I appreciate your opinions.

Thanks
Sheryl

I am not sure how much you need? I find oxides to be a very affordable option, Wholesale Supplies Plus has some great prices on their 2 oz. Yellow, Brown, Black Green, and Red oxides, and blue ultramarine; some of the others are not a bargain. You can get free shipping if you spend $30. I love TKB Trading, much larger selection, maybe a little more expensive, and I have never hit the $100 mark for free shipping. I don't like the packaging, they come in plastic bags, and I find this messy, To save money you could purchase the primary colors from above and create mixes for a variety of colors.
