Has anyone used fresh coconut water as 100% water replacement? Did you notice any boost to lather with it?

I made a batch of salt bars with some the other day and it will be months before I get to see if it does anything.

It did turn bright orange when I added the lye but it didn't seem to affect the color of the finished soap.

I have used it, but was for a challenge that had to include both alternative liquid and some sort of food item in it, so it would be hard to tell if the coconut water was responsible for a change in the bubbles or something else in the batch. My soaps are pretty bubbly to begin with too. I do remember the soap turned out nice and there was no problem from the coconut water as far as soaping with it. And now that I’m thinking about it, there could have been two alternative liquids.
