Coconut oil

Can anyone tell me about which co I have. I buy it in a big pail from a company that supplies the movie theatres. So I do not know if it is 72 degree or 92 degree and it does not say on the bucket.

More likely than not, you have the 76 degree CO. You could simply melt it ant then take the temp to find out for sure as the 76 and 92 refer to the melting point. HTH
