yes, it has both cinnamon EO and powdered cinnamon in it.

it's hp-crockpot. i added .7 oz EO and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder for a 2.5 lb batch.

Puurrrrty. Do you get any kind of "scrubby" from the cinnamon? I bet it smells wonderful.
