Probably an oddball question. Does carrageenan, found in some canned liquid coconut milk (and almond milk, soy milk, etc), have any effect on soap? It is a seaweed derived product usually used as a thickener and stabilizer in food and other products.
And on the off chance, I know usually food items that give digestive issues don't usually effect the skin unless it is an allergy, but will someone having digestive issues with carrageenan have issues with it in their skin care/soap products?
Thank you's all around.
