Car Bath Bomb?

Hello to everyone, this is my first post please be nice

I'm looking to make something natural to clean my car with, and then put it into a 'bath bomb' type mold.

Who has any ideas for ingredients, how to combine/make?

This is what we need it to do:

disintegrate mud, grime, slime, grease and make it shiny (if poss.)

I don't really understand what you are trying to do. Do you want to make something fizzy that gets dissolved in a bucket of water?
