Greetings fellow soap addicts... I've been inspired by the Zebra swirl that some of you have tried, so I thought I would give it a go. It's scented with candy cane. It's a bit labor intensive but it was worth it
Thanks! Candy cane smells mostly like peppermint but it also has a hint of sweetness too. It smells just like a candy cane actually lol!Very nice! Does it smell like straight peppermint?
Eye Candy... LOVE it! Thank you, its become my passion and I crave doing it ALMOST everyday :shifty: I hope your coconut oil shows soon, I know what its like not being able to soap without a pertinant ingredient! Just poured my first beer soap! i'll post a quick pic in the galleryOMG! I love it! And I love peppermint soap. I made those peppermint cupcakes and I keep picking them up to smell them. Your soaps are such eye candy. I wish my dang coconut oil would show up so I can get back to soaping. If it doesn't come by Thursday I will have not made soap for at least 2 weeks. ARGH!

I've been soaping on and off for about 8 years now but recently within the last few months, I have made more batches and have aquired more knowledge than all previous soaping spurts combined.YOW-ZA! Nuff said!
How long have you been soaping? I have been soaping going on 7 years and just started making cupcakes and using color in the frosting. I would drive myself nuts trying to do this.
yes, and just a little bit goes a long way! I seperated my batter in half (1lb 3 oz each) and added 1/2 tsp red oxide. Next time I will start at 1/4 tsp.Goodness, that is stunning soap! Is that red oxide you used? Thanks!
