I'm trying to decide if storing my homemade whipped body butter in the fridge is a good idea.

Here are the ingredients:
Macadamia Nut oil
Jojoba Oil
Shea Butter
Mango Butter
Arrowroot Pwdr
Mica

Some ppl say they store it in their fridges, while others say it ruins the consistency. I would love to store it in the fridge for a cooling effect, but again, I'm scared the consistency will get messed up.
What's your take? All advice is appreciated, thanks so much!!

I store my non-whipped body butter in the fridge, because I usually make two jars at a time, and I want the one that's not in use to stay fresh as long as possible.

But for whipped body body, I only make one container and do not store it in the fridge because when I remove it, the whipped texture is ruined, and it is just a solid body butter. But I use meadowfoam rather than mac-nut, and I don't know if my percentages are the same as yours. So your experience with your recipe might be different than mine.

Perhaps you could try putting a small in the fridge to see how your recipe does with that?
