can i make this, with cp soap??

can i make this soap using the clear mp soap and make my own white soap??
if so, what ingredients do i use to make up my own white soap, using cp process.. or is it best to just buy the mp mix?

As you're clearly just starting out and you haven't done a lot of research yet, I'd start with a melt and pour base...
Creating this effect with CP or HP must be a pita
