bulk shortening from restaurant depot

the brand name is "so-fleece" homogenized shortening. the ingredients are listed as "tallow and vegetable oils".
anyone with any experience w/ this?
I'm thinking just soapcalc it as GV shortening as i can't find any more info about its percentage of animal to veg fats.

If you can get a more accurate idea of what vegetable oils, you can then start to work it out based on the amount of saturated to unsaturated fats - it's far from ideal, but I have used it to work out the mix for one of my oils and for someone else who had a mix of oils and needed to know the SAPs
