Scented with rum spice. Cant really smell any beer but I'm fine with that! i've already used a little slice and its super bubbly

I want to think of a way to make it look like there's bubbles in the "head".... i thought of large jojoba beads but that would make a super scrubby top.

I would say it 's more on the harder side. I actually waited three full days before cutting into this loaf. They seem to cut smoother rather than "pulling" apart from eachother once cut. My patience is getting better lol. Thats the only thing i can think of as to why they are smooth? Oh ya, I gelled this batch too

Why couldn't you use clear m&p to make the embeds? Just stand some soda straws on end and embed them in a little clear m&p base to keep them upright, then pour full of clear m&p. When set up, slit the straws and you have one long, clear embed.

Oh that looks great! You have inspired me to try beer soap, so yesterday I did! I am still impatient, but will try to wait a bit before cutting. Thank you for the inspiration!

Your welcome! It was easy. The only thing that took the longest was boiling down the beer, and it smelled up the house...

I love how smooth your soaps look!
BTW... I owe you a "thank you". I stole your vegetable slicer idea for beveling the soap. I never used to bevel but know I HAVE to after trying it out.

LOL, i know I wasnt the first one to do this but thank you, I appreciate that! It gets easier with practice. Ive gotten pretty quick and accurate at it! :p

I love this soap, it looks awesome! I keep reading about people learning to be patient with making their soap and I am getting nervous about making mine before I have made my first batch! I am impatient just waiting for my supplies to arrive ;)

Thank you! I am so bad when it comes to waiting to unmold my soap because I want to cut into it so bad to see what lies inside. I have more patience when theres no fun swirly center or layers to look forward to. I'm getting slightly better :problem: Cant wait to see your firrt batch!
