Book about FDA regulations and safe production practices

I'm looking for the name/author of the book about FDA regulations and good production methods.

I've seen people talk about it on this forum, but I can't for the life of my come up with the right words to find it in a search on Amazon or Chapters, or anywhere else on the interwebs for that matter. I know in Canada some of the rules will be a bit different but I think it will be a worthwhile exercise to go through the book anyway.

True that. I'm not complaining or anything like that.... I just think it's pretty comical how often they land at about the same time. It gives me a good giggle.
