Body Oil: How to Clean Pumps?

I would like to start making body oils, mainly for personal use but maybe also to give away to friends & family. I bought some plastic containers with pump tops and washed them promptly. Couple of days later, there are still little droplets of water in the pump. I've been reading on preservatives and such but haven't wanted to use them yet. Yet, I know water can introduce some nasties into the oil mix. Any suggestions on getting the water out of the pumps or an effective way to clean the pumps without the water contaminating the oils?

I use 70% rubbing alcohol, and packaging from suppliers are usually clean
