Even more awesome photos and soap by Artisan soaps :D I really enjoy your posting pics. The milk carton mould is something I must try.

I hear about these beer soaps (and by the way...awesome rusticness and color!) and wonder what sort of beer scent comes through or if anything survives the lye. Years ago, I used to use some sort of beer shampoo and LOVED it, and have wondered about a beer bar for the hair.

x

that looks like great soap!

i love the more hand-made-straight-from-the-farm-type soaps! and yours are beautiful!

did your get the soap color from the beer? i mean the beer is purple? do you have to use flat beer, or boil it? can you smell any beer afterwords, while it cures?

do you get better lather?

YEAH for rustic soaps! :D

Yes, can you also please take pictures of my soaps???

Your soap looks so creamy and the chunky look makes me want to try it. Chunk-o-Soap! Grab a piece and get clean.

I look forward to your other creations.

I especially like the 3rd photo - very professional looking! And the soap looks great, too.

Looks great! I love the way its been cut, your photos are fabulous!

I also made beer with stout, I thought something had gone horrible wrong with it, smelt awful!

Hope you don't mind me posting a pic here, I was so ashamed of this soap at first (sorry the pic isnt the best quality)
