Black Raspberry Vanilla Bath Bombs

Experimenting with a new recipe with arrowroot powder, kaolin clay, mango butter, and jojoba oil. I'm tired of them always falling apart at the seams lol. Maybe this recipe will help them stick together.

Love the madder in those. Does it color the bathwater at all?

I've started using poly 80 in mine... keeps the tub from being slippery

I'm hoping they do! I like my half bombs but I'm jealous of the full bombs lol.

It's not maddar actually, it's Raspberry Red mica from Nurture's.

I don't have PS80, but I do have PS20 and ewax. I wanted to test this batch without so I can compare the two versions. How much of either would you recommend adding?

I've been using 1%. It actually makes a noticeable difference on tub slickness.

I'll definitely have to try that next time. I used the little half bomb in my bath tonight and I believe there was too much colorant and not enough emulsifier... I turned myself fuschia pink from the waist down lol. Luckily it washed right off
