bite me scent from nurture garden--has anybody used this scent from this company? I looked on the site and cant tell if it turns brown or pink. it says it has base notes of vanilla but further down it says it has no vanillan. I guess I am wondering if it even pays to try and color it or let it go on its own?

I get mine from NG. I can't decide if it smells like plain fruit Punch or a Cherry Soda type.
I just made a batch in CP. I had done it is Salt bar with heavy color or Red and Black so I couldn't tell. I will let you know, I did color with a Ruby red but not too much, I figured if it discolored it might make it redder.

oops I meant NG too. I think it smells likes fruit punch :) . I was thinking of doing dk red with black swirls but wanted to go with some lighter colors. when did you make yours Lin?
thanks

It smells like fruit punch to me as well. I did it in bright pink and purple when I made it. I also made cupcake soaps with it in a purple base with pink frosting and then put MP lips on it.

I was wondering what color it was before you guys mixed color into it? I was also thinking of going with a bunch of different colors like green, yellow, red, orange and pink--kinda like the juicy stripe gum from the 60's. but if the base starts out brownish I wont

5-9-19 and it doesn't look like it has discolored at all. I will shoot a new pic but here is one I took last week.
It is a reddish color one near the Crock Pot (2nd one in from the wall on the bottom row)

BASE is not brownish. I have not seen any that turn a color when making the batter. Even the Dragon Blood doesn't turn till 2-4 days out from cutting - Which is between the bright Green and turquoise on the 2nd row ;)

I never got any discoloration from it. It stayed true. I had a cupcake I made 2 years ago found it in the back of a shelf and it still smelled good and was true to colors. I gave it to my grandkids to use

I've used it before without a vs and it only very slightly discolors to the lightest beige color. Something the vs completely combats, and if you are adverse to using or don't have a vs, TD would easily whiten it up.

As Lin said, this scent STICKS - I have a bar I'm using in my shower right now of the first time I used it, (Like 6 years ago, maybe longer) and the dry scent has faded a bit, but when using it in the shower the scent comes through nice and strong.

Read all the other comments on it on their website - gives you a good idea of how it acts.

:) I read it before I bought it and about 3 times since. just looking for anything from someone on the site who has used it. I know there were some comments on the reviews about it being colored but was looking for something as to if it discolored after the fact. I am fine if it does but it will dictate how I color/swirl it
