Best neutralizer for liquid soap?

I hear Boric , Borax, and Citric.

Has anyone tried to see the difference or has some insight to why one may favour 1 of the 3 better?

I have read articles about Borax being some what a toxin causing male infertility, yikes, that was enough to scare me, just at the possibilty it may be true.

What do you's think?

I used borax in the past, but I don't even use a neutralizer now that I use the summberbee soap calc.

Thanx Carolyntn, thats exactly what I was looking for, there are so many pages of threads. I just started checking in to this forum and I'm only on page 30 of the threads for CP.
