looking for the best pthalate free Fragrance oil suppliers for CP soap in the UK (only). Would be grateful if you could recommend something that you have worked with and love!!

Im based in India but I have family visiting from the UK so I'll have them pick it up for me, therefore only UK suppliers

I know that Cosy Owl are very good at listing whether their fragrances are phthalate free or not so week worth a look on their website!
