hello again, this time i want to ask all of you what kind of problem did You have making a lotion or body butter with beeswax?? I find beeswax being a little challenging ,since it leaves this weird glob on top of my skin when I am trying to rub it in  .Some people say its too much wax, but me... a starting lotion maker have to find out myself, and that is why I am here, So my lotion makers friends, what do You think??

oh the recipe was:
water 55%
oil 32%
beeswax 9%
preserv. 1%
Additives 3%

I have never used beeswax in lotion before. Your numbers are way different than what I do. I am close to this....

D. water 75%
oils 16%
E.wax 5%
stearic acid 4%
preservative 1% (making 101%)

I would be a little concerned that 32% oil may be to much. But I could be wrong.

I use about 1/2 oz of beeswax for about every 16 oz of lotion. If that does not work, you can also add lecithin as an emulsifier.
