Ideally this mould would be a log form, I don't want to be pouring individual moulds, but I guess that would be alright.

I'm worried about the handle as I don't want it to break off so I'm thinking of having the handle and then towards the top part of the mould (where the top fill line would be for the soap - which would be the "back" of the soap) it would be solid and connect the entire handle to the mug body - so there would be the rounded handle part and then a solid layer connecting the entire bar.

I found this, but it doesn't have the solid layer holding the handle to the mug body. It's also not the size I need.

I'm thinking of something like this but have never made any soaps shaped like this, let alone a mould. If anyone has made soaps with an odd shape, especially in a log form, any insight would be helpful.

The (outer) black is the wooden box support, the pink is the silicone or whatever material can be used. The inner black outline is supposed to be mug shaped with a frothy top. The dotted line is where a color divide could be if that is possible (I'm not sure how to do that with a vertical pour - maybe with a thin piece of plastic (1/16 or 3/32" thick) that is removed after the pour. Does this look like something that could be done?

Does anyone know if something like this would be possible?

I have nothing to offer you in the way of engineering, lol, but that is a darn cute mold! It would be perfect for beer soaps, soda pop scented soaps, all kinds of fun stuff. I agree about the individual cavities, they might be a pain especially if they're really small. If there was a loaf mold in a shape like that I'd definitely buy it!
