Bebe's delivery time

Hi, how long does it take for your order from Bebe to get to you? I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and the status is still as processing.

are you talking Bramble Berry? That happend to me bfore & i live in the same state. I called & they said it was a glitch in the system. You should call them for sure!

tiawan to germany,+customs = wait. I've heard it can take some time from them but haven't personally ordered. I'm sure it will arrive I've not heard anyone get burned.

i just inquired about a custom stamp and ichard responded from vaca...so he is away

There is chaos before Chinese New Year vacation.
Regular production is 4-7 workings of acrylic stamp.
Peggy custom design stamp, it takes time to check design details.
Working days is within 20 working days.

Some customers accept two parcels then we will ship out what we have at once. No extra freight.
Some customers only order one item and making stamp is taking time.
We sell acrylic stamp. It is not rubber stamps, it takes time to check adjust machine. Please be patient.
In the meantime, I do hope that designer, Peggy, can do it faster.
We will improve it.

European custom, Germany, France, Russia
Few cases, missing or not correct address.
Please do contact with seller and ask them, " Where is my goods?"
Get serial number and call local post office.
