Use equal parts butter-oil combo and powdered agents.
(10oz butters-oils combo)
5oz Cocoa butter
2.5oz Shea butter
2.5oz carrier oil
(10oz powders for fizzy bath melts)
2oz corn starch
4oz citric acid
4oz baking soda
Melt, mix, pour into singl euse molds, freeze, unmold, enjoy.
