Good evening all! I am looking forward to soaping with my neighbor tomorrow and I am wanting to do the impressionist soap from Soap Queen. (http://www.soapqueen.com/bath-and-body- ... -tutorial/) Expect I want to do it with the a Bastille recipe as I have all the oils for that and not all of the oils that Soap Queen's recipe requires.

My questions is with the following percentages do you think that I will be able to do the squirt bottles and whatnot?

CO 10%, OO 80%, PO 10%, 7% superfat (bb calc.)

Opinions are helpful... Oh my scent could be sage and Lemongrass or Oatmeal milk and honey.

Thank you in advance!

If you want to have lots of time for swirling then I would recommend 70% olive oil & 30% coconut oil. I find palm oil actually speeds up trace.

As long as you're not using a spice or flower scent you should be just fine with your swirling. Also another tip, don't add any fragrance to your white portion so it doesn't get discoloured.....

Have fun :)
