cmzaha, if you're interested, please pm me the county that Autumn's school is in. My therapist friend says she'll contact her colleagues and try to find some resources or possibilities for intervention.
In the meantime there's this: https://www.playitsafedefense.net/children/ The class teaches not only some self defense, but bully defense - teaches some phrases to use, how to stand to show confidence and remain calm. Plus, just the fact that children in the class see that other kids get bullied, and that bullying is enough of a problem that adults hold classes - can be helpful for her self esteem. She's not the only one going through it.
