I love ASS but they are not the cheapest. 500gram Germall Plus $42 @ escentialsofaustralia.com
Oils cheaper and have certified organic and certified fairtrade (granted the organic ones cost more but... still.... also freshness) go to aromaticingredients.com.au
Extracts you are better at either newdirections.com.au or escentialsofaustralia.com
Most of the time you can get emulsifying agents/waxy alcohols cheaper at some of the cleaning suppliers. Although, if you have to use polawax (urrghh) ASS do have competitive prices.

I tend to recommend ASS and Southern Skies Soap Supplies (SSSS) to beginners as they have a decent range of ingredients - they are equivalent of Bramble Bay.
