Hello every one :O)
Yesterday was my first time using fragrance oils, my throat was burning even tho I had the windows open and a fan on. Today I am having a hard time to breath. I am coughing up green phlegm. I really hope this is nothing more than just a cold

I have met folks who have sensitivities to fragrance oils, just like there are those with allergies to specific essential oils. Of course it might be a cold too though. Check if it happens again.

That must have been a STRONG FO or you are just very sensitive to it...you may want to invest in a heavy duty mask that blocks small particulates for working with FOs. If you have sensitivities or allergies and plan on continuing using them, it would be a good idea to use a mask. I'm sure technically we all should be using one. Just make sure you get one approved for vapors (not sure what they are called) because most cheap ones are only approved to keep out larger particles like dust.
Not a doctor, but I think green phlegm is an infection, not from irritation...so you may want to visit your doctor and get that checked out.
