I've debated on posting this, as I've heard many say M&P is not truly soaping. And although I cannot say how these fragrances perform with cold process soap, I did want to share my opinion of these two.

I tried four of Wholesale Supplies Plus's Limited Edition fragrances. But, the two I fell in love with were April Showers and May Flowers.

I doubt I could survive without these two fragrances! They are easily my top two favorite scents currently. Both are florals, and to save time, I'll post the descriptions below....

April Showers - A sweet, fresh scent that includes a blend of ozone and sweet flower house blooms.

May Flowers - This crisp, clean scent includes tender notes of fresh flowers, ozone and gentle musk.

April Showers is a fresh breath of air, welcoming to the nose, and a very friendly scent! It is a sweet scent, but not in a sugary way, but more of a lovely bouquet with that fresh breeze to carry it to your nose. It's very welcoming! I've used it in both M&P as well as body wash.

May Flowers is a deeper scent, the musk not heavy or overbearing, and has a romantic flair wafting through the air to you. My grandmother had the best comment about it, describing it as walking into a bridal bouquet shop. It has the best array of florals I've seen!

Both of these fragrances I can easily see myself using year round! And, as a consumer of soaps, not a professional soaper who sells, if I ran into these fragrances, I'd buy again and again. These are top notch, and I can see them being great sellers, at least in my humble opinion.

I hope I've done this right, and feedback is of course welcome! Best wishes, and happy soaping!

I'm happy to hear the review. I just bought a small amount of April Showers, since it's on sale and since they just boosted their prices so much. Either 4 ounces or a pound or more- that's a bummer, too. Well, I now look more forward to getting my minimal order from them, possibly my last given their prices. Figures.

April showers is one of my favs. it is the only reason i wil continue to shop at WSP. I need that FO!!

Jr.,

Please feel free to post your M&P experiences. The soap snob game is not allowed on this forum. The very 1st rule in the rules forum reads:

1.For the purposes of this forum, ALL products commonly known as soap (M&P, CP, HP, etc) qualify as handcrafted/handmade soap.

I love the April Showers too and I am NOT a floral person. I got it while it before their prices went up and while it was on sale. Yah!! Now if only WSP would fix their new policies :?

i need to add that if you make soap with this, do it cool! i soaped hot today, and it volcanoed on me in 30 seconds after molding. it got HOT.

Aha! I forgot to aks what you were soaping that got so hot. I just soaped that one today but thankfully, because of timing and other lucky factors, I soaped pretty cool. Had to stick it in the oven for quite a time to get it to gel too. It is quite lovely! I am glad Jr and someone else mentioned how much they like it, or I never would have tried it. I can imagine it being a lot of people's favorite.

I think I'll write something on the bottle about soaping cool.
