Hi,

I'm new and trying to learn Cold Process.

I have a basic soap recipe I've decided to try and now all I need is the fragrance.

I want it to smell like apples. Any recommendations on some good apple scents out there?
While I was browsing the forums someone mentioned a scent called Enchanted Apple but did not say where it was from. I searched for it but the results were over whelming.

I'm more looking for a nice crisp apple scent however feel free to list anything.
Also when naming the supplier please say the full name. I'm not use to all the abbreviations yet and this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

My go-to apple scent is Green Apple from SweetCakes. It's a tart apple with just a hint of sweetness to it. I really love it. It doesn't discolor and the scent lasts forever in my soap.

IrishLass :)

Thank you! I was looking at that one but was unsure. For me I always think of the sour apple candies when I hear the word green apple. I REALLY do not like sour apple candy so I was avoiding apple scents that had the word Green in it.

Natures Garden Candles has a nice Red Apple and Macintosh Apple. I didn't have any problems with acceleration with these two, but I soap at Room Temp.

Aroma Haven Rustic Escentuals has a really nice Macintosh Apple as well. But you have to make sure you get the one that says it's good for soap.
