Hi everyone. I hope you all had a good holiday. Lots of rain up this way. We still had snow for Christmas which was nice.

I've been trying to get ahold of Woodi and haven't heard from her or seen her on the forum lately. Has anyone else heard from her or at least know if she's alright?

Would appreciate any help you have.

Thanks :)

I was just thinking of her!! Hope all is well and she drops in soon.

Hi Cindy, and everyone!

I just got back in today, after being told time and again: "inactive username and/or password".

Somehow....I had forgotten that I could just ask for a new password, ......suffering S.A.D. BIGtime this winter, haven't had it this bad in 10 years. Finally got me some meds for it, and after 2 weeks, the side-effects are subsiding and I can think sort of clearly again.

I wonder how many others suffer this and don't talk about it?

Many people don't realize that it's a brain chemistry thing, a physical disease, and they treat it rather like a personality flaw.....something that we should just "snap out of".
Well, to set everyone straight: one cannot 'snap out of' S.A.D. or depression any more than one could snap out of cancer.

I'm glad to be back here.

Hi Woodi, I haven't met you before but just wanted to say my hubby purchased soapmaker professional for me for Christmas and I am beside myself - it is just soooooo good! He got a registration code from an Aussie soap supplier and redeemed it for me just before Christmas and I have been busy inputting more ingredients and 'making batches' to catch up the programme with where I am up to in my soapmaking adventure.

Thanks for having such a wonderful, creative tool available!!!

BTW, my SIL suffers periodically from depression and needs meds from time to time to help her get back on top.....she says a positive attitude makes a big difference, but you have to be NOT depressed to develop one! (Catch 22....). You're absolutely right about it being a physical thing. My Mum - her MIL, on the other hand, seems to think she should just snap out of it....(grrr...)

Tanya :)

Woodi - I'm glad to see you made it back..... :D

I too have to tell you how much I love your program as well as your service. My computer crashed less than a month after I bought the program and you were absolutely wonderful about getting me another code right away.....I was so panic stricken.

Happy New Year
Lindy
