bumping this because I had a terrible time getting soap out of my WSP 12 bar slab mold today. This is the 2nd time I've used it. The first soap gelled and unmolded much easier than this one. I've not had any problems with the soap recipe before. This soap didn't gel, but even after sitting in the mold 6 days - yes, 6 days - it stuck badly to the bottom and sides and is so soft. It will have to sit several more days before I even attempt to cut it.

I soaped at room temp, covered the mold with a piece of cardboard, then several dish towels, went out of town for several days, anticipated unmolding a lovely slab of soap today, and was surprised to find that the soap is soft like room temp butter. Sooo, for those that don't gel, how long do you leave the soap in the mold? Should I freeze the mold before unmolding? Do these WSP molds unmold better with gelled soap?

I only use the individual silicone moulds but soap never wants to come out clean (unless it's 100% coconut or salt bars) so I always freeze for a bit.
