Any soapers in Hong Kong? Looking for ingredients

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and CP soapmaking. I couldn't find another thread so I hope it's ok to post here, but just wondering if anyone is based in Hong Kong?
I'm finding it hard to locate specific ingredients and just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for the following:

• Large volume essential oils that aren't ridiculously priced.
• Sodium Coco Sulfate
• Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate

Shipping from UK or US is now 4 weeks and more expensive than the actual goods. Any help would be amazing, or just say hi if you're in HK.
