I never scent my soaps. Firstly, my Mister is allergic to a lot of fragrances and isn't fond of "smelly" things in particular, and secondly, I like the predictability of my recipes by not fragrancing. No seizing, no sped up trace, no ricing, no colour morphing -- perfect, lovely soap every time.
