This is a body butter recipe I got awhile back from a soapmaking recipe website, and tweaked it to my preference.:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of cocoa butter (the deodorized kind)
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup aloe butter
1 teaspoon of coconut fragrance oil
1 tsp suntan lotion fragrance oil

Instructions:
Place the first 3 ingredients in a double boiler over medium heat until butter is melted and heated for 15 minutes. Pour into jar and allow to cool until set. Stir in fragrance oils then allow to cool completely before using. Massage a small amount over body immediately after sun exposure (or artificial tanning) to soothe sun parched skin and prolong the life of your tan. You can also melt a couple teaspoon-fuls of this butter in a tub of warm water for a skin softening bath.

Please also describe here if it contain any side effect for Sugar Patients or any other side affect of this.

Are you asking if this moisturizing butter would cause problems for diabetics? No, it wouldn't unless their skin is compromised. Diabetics are especially prone to infections (especially on their feet) so if there are any wounds I would not use a product like this - but then I wouldnt use it on an open wound for a non-diabetic either.
